1. All prices subject to VAT.
2. New accounts are proforma.
3. Existing accounts are on the basis of payment on 30 days net.
4. Post and packing is free for UK mainland orders over £250.
5. All claims for damage must be notified within 4 working days of receipt of goods.
6. We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per month or part thereof on invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days.
7. We reserve the right to alter designs without prior notification.
8. The legal ownership of these goods does not pass to the purchaser until the invoice has been settled in full.
