Terms:

1. All prices subject to VAT – at governed rate
   
   
2. New accounts are pro-forma.
   
   
3. Minimum order value £250
   
   
4. Post and packing is free for UK mainland orders over £250 
   
   
5. For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland: carriage paid orders of £400 or more, For Isle of White carriage paid orders of £300 or more. For Republic of Ireland: Carriage paid orders of £600 or more. We are unable to ship any orders below this value.
   
   
6. In the event that you subsequently plan to trade from an alternative or secondary retail address, you must advise us ahead of relocating or ranging any Orange Tree stock in the new location.
   
   
7. Customers shall not list, sell or offer Orange Tree Toys products and products bought from Orange Tree Toys on any third-party website or auction site (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten etc.). Customers shall not sell any products on to any third party which intends to or then lists, sells, or offers the product for sale in this way.
   
   
8. In the event that your account is set up as on-line only account and you plan to sell or offer Orange Tree Toys products from a bricks and mortar site, you must advise us ahead of ranging Orange Tree Toys stock in the location.
   
   
9. You agree for the information provided to be used for the purposes of arranging a credit account. This will require all information to be shared with third-party credit reference agencies.

10. Credit accounts are payable within 30 days from date of invoice (Subject to successful credit check) 
    
    
11. All claims for damage must be notified within 10 working days of receipt of goods
    
    
12. We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per month or part thereof on invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days
    
    
13. We reserve the right to alter designs and increase prices without prior notification.
    
    
14. The legal ownership of these goods does not pass to the purchaser until the invoice has been settled in full.
    
    
15. All designs are protected by the international copyright law.
    
    
16. Our terms and conditions supersede any terms and conditions stated on a customer’s purchase order.
    
    
17. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions without notice. 
    
    
18. You are giving Orange Tree Toys consent to share your information with 3^rd Party Freight Forwarders to arrange any delivery between Orange Tree Toys and you.
